Calculated head availability and Net Positive Suction Head (NPSH) to prevent cavitation and select a magnetic drive pump that satisfied system pressure and flow requirements.

Designed the return line by evaluating velocity, Reynolds number, and head losses. Selected optimal pipe diameter and valve configuration to minimize cost and ensure reliable operation.
